Price Quote

You will receive a your price quote within 24h following your quote request with an option to pay a deposit for your booking confirmation.

N.B.: The quote is temporary and can be changed after its expiration date.

Receipt

After paying your deposit, you will be provided with an e-receipt of all payments for your records.

N.B.: Booking is free and can be cancelled at any time. 

Refund

To cancel your booking, you need to email us on support@okapiprimemarketing.co.uk. You need to email with your booking reference Number, Names, and dates. 

We will refund you in full.
